Modular Construction - Germany

This project, covering approximately 14,000 sqm of ventilated aluminum composite panel cladding, was comprehensively managed by our team from design, fabrication and logistics through to delivery and specialized installation. The project presented considerable technical challenges due to the chosen installation methodology. The structure was fabricated and pre-assembled at our factory, ensuring exceptional precision and quality. Phased delivery to Germany, aligned with site requirements, enabled efficient execution perfectly coordinated with the construction timeline. Beyond the cladding scope, the contract also included approximately 420 sqm of Schüco curtain wall systems.
